When does the course start and finish?
The course starts now and never ends! It is a completely self-paced online course - you decide when you start and when you finish.
How long do I have access to the course?
How does lifetime access sound? After enrolling, you have unlimited access to this course for as long as you like - across any and all devices you own.
How long will it take me to work through the course?
If you were to complete the course in one sitting, expect to spend 2-3 hours working through all of the information. Most participants have worked through the content in 2-3 days.
What if I am unhappy with the course?
While I would never want you to be unhappy with the course, I do require that students complete the entire course within 30 days of purchase before requesting a refund. Requests must be submitted in writing (within 30 days of purchase) and must include a detailed explanation so I am able to make improvements to the course going forward.
Can we train more than one leader in our church with our course purchase?
If you want to train more than one leader, you'll need to purchase one of the group training options. All group purchases have been discounted. Access information will be emailed to you after your purchase has been made.
